Before you request deletion
- Account deletion is intended to be permanent.
- Synced generated recipes connected to your account will be scheduled for deletion.
- Information stored only on your device may need to be removed by resetting local app data or deleting the app.
- Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
How to request deletion
Email support@unhingedrecipes.co.uk from the email address connected to your account. Use the subject line Delete my Unhinged Recipes account.
Include a brief statement confirming that you want the account permanently deleted. We may ask you to complete a reasonable verification step before deletion to prevent unauthorised requests.

Subscriptions
To cancel an iOS subscription, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Unhinged Recipes → Cancel Subscription. Apple controls subscription cancellation and billing.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where legally required or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, disputes or financial compliance. Backup copies may take a limited period to expire.
